What Called or Not is — and isn't
Called or Not is an automated convenience service that calls a testing hotline on your behalf and reports what it heard. It is not legal advice, is not affiliated with any court, probation office, or testing program, and does not replace your own obligations.
You remain responsible
You are solely responsible for meeting your program's check-in and testing requirements. Some programs require that you personally call the hotline; it is your responsibility to confirm that using an automated service is permitted. If we text you that we could not confirm your status, or if you do not receive a text by your deadline, you must call the hotline yourself.
No guarantee
Hotlines can be busy, change their menus, or play garbled recordings; carriers can delay texts; automated transcription can be wrong. We retry and we tell you when we're unsure, but we cannot guarantee a correct result on any given day. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Called or Not is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding month.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, including a PIN and phone number you are authorized to use. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts used to abuse hotlines or our service.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion.
